1. Add 400µl (approximately 10 drops) of sample extraction solution vertically into the sample extraction tube.
2. Insert the sampled swab into the solution in the sample extraction tube, and rotate it close to the inner wall of the test tube about 10 times to make the sample dissolve in the solution as much as possible.
3. Squeeze the swab tip of the swab along the inner wall of the extraction tube to leave as much liquid as possible in the tube, remove and discard the swab.
4. Cover the dripper.
5. Take out the cassette from the sealing pouch and lay it flat.
6. Add 60µl (about 3 drops) of the processed sample extract to the sample well of the cassette.
7. Read the results at 10 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 15 minutes.
1. Add buffer to the negative quality control cassette
• Remove the negative quality control cassette from the aluminum foil bag.
• Hold the dropper vertically and add 90µL (about 2-3 drops) to the specimen well and start the timer.
• The test result should be read at 10 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 15 minutes.
2. Add blood sample of the person to be tested to the test cassette
• Remove the test cassette from the aluminum foil bag.
• Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 10µL of sample to the specimen well, then add 80µL (about 2 drops) buffer and start the timer.
• The test result should be read at 10 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 15 minutes.
