Low-density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (LDL-C) Test

Testing Principle of Low-density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (LDL-C) Test

  • R1 eliminated both HDL and VLDL cholesterol in the sample.

  • After joining R2, the esterification of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol by lipase hydrolysis produce cholesterol, cholesterol oxidation of cholesterol by cholesterol oxidase, produced by H2O2 and 4-amino anti than Lin and N, N-dimethyl toluidine between reaction quinone dye, the reaction produces the change of light intensity is proportional to the sample in low-density lipoprotein cholesterol.

  • The content of the object to be measured in the sample is calculated by the standard curve.
