Calprotectin（hCp）Test kit

The calprotectin (hCp) test kit is to determination of the hCp levels in human feces specimenns and used to detect the auxiliary diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease.

Testing Principle of Calprotectin(hCp) Test

Latex particles are coated with specific fecal calprotectin antibody.
Fecal calprotectin in the sample specifically binds to the corresponding antibody-sensitized latex in the reagent, forming an antigen-antibody complex.
This complex induces changes in scattering intensity under incident light irradiation.
The rate of scattered light intensity change is positively correlated with the fecal calprotectin content in the sample.
The change rate of scattered light intensity is measured, and the fecal calprotectin content in the sample is calculated via the standard curve.
