This TSH blood test kit uses the immunofluorescence double antibody sandwich method to quantitatively determine the concentration of TSH in serum or plasma.
The test strip (T) is coated with an anti-TSH antibody corresponding to the object to be tested, and the control strip (C) is coated with an independent quality control antibody.
Take the sample to be tested and add to the sample well of the test cassette, the TSH antigen in the sample is combined with the TSH antibody labeled with fluorescent microspheres on the binding pad to form a reaction complex.
Under chromatography, the reaction complex moved along the nitrocellulose membrane and be captured by pre-coated antibodies in the test region (T) of the nitrocellulose membrane, DNP marker is captured by an anti-DNP antibody on the NC membrane in the quality control area (C).
After the reaction was completed, the fluorescence intensity of the T and C lines is measured by the fluorescence immune analyzer and the TSH concentration in the sample is calculated.
